The Community Hospice Partnership was formed to urge federal policymakers to take steps to ensure that non-profit hospices would remain viable across the country.  The Partnership provides a voice for America’s non-profit hospices before national policymakers, working to ensure the sustainability of the non-profit hospice model, and their ability to serve communities, patients and patient families nationwide.
